Diets Don’t Work. Hypnosis Does!

How many times have you tired to lose a few pounds and felt like you were suffering the entire time because you weren’t able to eat anything you actually enjoy eating?

Weight loss isn’t about starving!

The truth is, you don’t have to eat celery and grapefruit to lose weight, you just have to eat less and exercise more. It’s simple mathmatics. Your body uses X calories each day and you expend Y calories each day. The only trick to weight loss is when you subtract X from Y, you have positive numbers left over.

Like this:

1200 calories – 1100 calories = 100 calories

But your body uses a certain amount of calories a day right? If you use 1,500 calories a day, then where do the other 400 calories come from?

These extra 400 calories come from your fat stores because you didn’t take them in with food.

Simple right? That’s really all there is to weight loss.

How do we get into this mess?

Most of the time, we don’t eat what we need to survive. Typically, we eat excessively.

A typical days consumption of food for the average American is a piece of toast, a candy bar, 3 coffee’s with cream and sugar, 2 soft drinks, a hamburger and fries, 2 tacos and some ice cream, and a glass of water for the alka-seltzer.
